The Silverbell Road improvements, from Ina Road to Grant Road, are separated into three phases. Phase 1, Goret Road to Grant Road, is complete; Phase 2, El Camino del Cerro to Goret Road, is under design; and Phase 3, Ina Road to El Camino del Cerro. Future Phase
Ina Road to El Camino del Cerro will be the final phase of the Silverbell Road Improvements. The majority of this phase is located within the Town of Marana and it is expected to be underway in the 4th period of the Regional Transportation Authority plan – 2022 – 2026. Read More »

El Camino del Cerro to Goret Road is currently in design.
Improvements include widening Silverbell Road to a curbed four-lane divided desert parkway with pedestrian facilities, bike lanes, lighting, drainage improvements, new native landscaping, and public art. Read More »

Sunset Road Connection
Construction of Pima County’s Sunset Road, Silverbell Road to Interstate 10, improvement project is complete. This is also a project in the Regional Transportation Authority plan which was approved by voters in 2006.
